I met up with Cel Sabile last Monday and I'm happy to say that I now got my make-up artist for my wedding :)

Cel was referred to me by my ever reliable coordinator, Ricci.  She has actually worked with my colleagues who also tied the knot and I've been on two of those weddings so I got to see her actual work.  I wanted to meet her up to see if we bond (which I think is essential for any wedding supplier since you'll be working with them on your Big Day) and to get her inputs on what I wanted my look to be.  I've bought a magazine with me and showed her the styling that I want and she was really helpful and was giving suggestions and even tips (like when's the best time to have a diamond peel, facials etc.).  We had a pretty nice time sharing stories. I was at ease with Cel so I booked her (also giving me a discount didn't hurt, he he).  So there, another item on my checklist has been ticked off :)  Will probably hunt down our Invitations and Souveniers suppliers on the next bridal fair.

On my W @W Christmas Party post, I mentioned that I won a pair of Veluz bridal shoes.  I took a couple of pictures of the shoes to show you:

These are really comfy so I'd wear them probably to the ceremony.  I'm looking for another pair to wear at the reception - something more festive and perhaps an inch or two higher :)

On Friday, I'd be attending a seminar at the Manila Cathedral then afterwards, I'll be meeting up with my BFF who's also getting married this year! Woo hoo!  I'm excited that we two could plan our weddings together :) Bonding time galore!
