What I've loved when I was still working out is that I don't feel guilty as much when I pig out. That's because I compensate that with a 2-hour workout the next day. I also loved the fact that it doesn't seem like 'working out' - meaning doing the boring exercise routines (which I've tried before but didn't continue because it's B-O-R-I-N-G). When I was enrolled at a fitness center, I always join the group classes (dancing and tae-bo/aerobics). The music is lively and exercising is more fun when you're having fun with other people. So, when I had to discontinue my memberhsip, I had to watch what I eat since I don't burn the calories anymore (thru exercise). And now, I'm feeling.. actually, seeing the consequences. *sigh*
So now, I want to take my weight watching more seriously. This weekend, I'll only eat when I'm hungry and try not to crave for food when I'm not doing anything at all. Will post my progress (?) here to let you know.
