Myke and I attended the Weddings at Work Christmas Party at the Blue Leaf Pavilion last November 27, 2009. It was our first time to attend a W @W event and I must say, it was a memorable experience. Since I was the one who is active in the group, it was a chance for me to get to know the other W @Wies personally. At least meron na akong na-aassociate na mukha sa mga taong kausap ko sa forum :) I was also glad that Myke was able to come because I want him to see what W @W is all about. Madalas kasi e nababanggit ko sa kanya ang W @W especially when we look for wedding suppliers.
Masaya ang party - there was great food (from K by Cunanan and Josiah's), photobooth, games and fun companions. Di lahat umuwi ng luhaan, you got your souvenier photo, meron ding W @W commemorative token, 2010 desktop calendar and wedding primer as giveaways. I guess the highlight of the party was when we got to know who we (the W @Wies) voted as our favorite supplier. Yes, ganun ka-impluwensiya ang W @W. We have our own award para sa pinakagusto namin na supplier. Previous W @W Supplier of the Year winners admit that winning the award gives a boost on the number of the clienteles who are eager to book them. This also helps the new and upcoming suppliers to showcase their talents.
My throat was hoarse from shouting and cheering by the end of the night. Pero ok lang kasi I won a pair of bridal shoes from Veluz! Sweet. He he!
